The Elders group:

‘Reflecting on the Past, Preparing for the future.’

This group brings together people aged over 60 (approximately!), who wish to explore their innate wisdom and to form friendships with others who are similarly ‘inwardly active’. The course offers considerations towards the mystery of death, or birth in to the spiritual world as revealed by Rudolf Steiner. It aims to create a space where older people can feel supported and still look forward to life.

The program runs each Friday from the 6th August 3rd to the 10th of September (inclusive) 10.00 a.m.-12.00 p.m and consists of lectures and discussion, as well as artistic activity.

Topics for nourishment:

Community building
Leading a rich life
Celebrating festivals
Biography work
Myths and legends
Storytelling, recitation of poetry, singing together.
